Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS Scale-Up | Hybrid - London
Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS Scale-Up | Hybrid - London
I’m working with a well-funded UK scale-up with a strong data and engineering foundation to recruit a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager. They've built genuinely impressive technology across property data, CRM integrations and AI-powered workflows and tooling. The tech isn't the problem. What they need now is someone to help them build the right things with it. This isn't a delivery role. The engineering team is strong and moves fast. The gap is upstream: product discovery, prioritisation, simplifying complex workflows, and making sure what gets built actually changes user behaviour.
You'll sit between clients, sales, CS, design, engineering and the CEO. Your job is to decide what should be built, in what order, and why. Real Product judgement, simplify what they build and turn that into products the clients love. This role is all about improving the quality of Product decisions.
What you'll be doing
Owning discovery across a suite of B2B SaaS products. Spending time with clients, not just reading feedback tickets. Translating what you learn into clear, prioritised product decisions. Setting success metrics before anything goes into build. Reviewing adoption and retention data to understand what's actually working. And being honest when something should be simplified, paused or stopped.
We need a commercially minded Senior Product Manager who is strong in product discovery, good at simplifying complex workflows, comfortable with B2B SaaS and a scale-up business. Practical, low-ego, fast-moving, comfortable with ambiguity.
You will need to be senior enough to challenge Senior Management / C-Suite and yet hands-on enough to do the Product work yourself.
What they're looking for
5 to 8+ years in product, ideally B2B SaaS, workflow software, CRM, data products, martech, fintech or similar.
Experience owing the discovery, product roadmap and product outcomes.
Strong product discovery skills and commercial instincts.
The ability to simplify complex workflows
A track record of improving product adoption and retention, not just shipping features.
Comfortable working in a scale-up / founder-led business and confident enough to challenge senior stakeholders when the evidence points the other way.
Experience working directly with customers and also internal software, Data and AI teams.
What we're not looking for
A Project Manager who now wants to move into Product Management. Someone who turns CEO ideas straight into Jira tickets. A pure strategist who lives in decks and frameworks. Someone who needs a large team and structure around them to function.
The opportunity
You'll work closely with the CEO, have direct client access and real influence over product direction. For someone who wants genuine ownership and the chance to build a proper product function from the ground up, this would be a great move.
