About the Company

They are a UK-based technology company specialising in customer data, integration and marketing automation for the travel industry.

We help tour operators and travel businesses turn complex data into automated, personalised customer journeys, integrating booking systems, websites, and marketing tools into a single intelligent platform.

We’ve been doing this since 2002, and today we’re driving forward a major migration to Azure, combining legacy .NET applications with new Blazor, API and data-driven solutions.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our small, senior-led team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from legacy migration to greenfield product development.

You’ll work closely with our Technical Director and senior developers to design, build, and deploy robust applications that power personalised customer communications across the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Blazor
  • Migrate older Web Forms systems into modern Azure-based solutions
  • Design and consume APIs using Entity Framework Core
  • Work across front-end and back-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Collaborate on architecture, planning and continuous deployment pipelines
  • Contribute to R&D projects, driving new innovation

About You

You’re a self-sufficient, full-stack developer who loves to solve problems, modernise systems, and build high-quality software. You’ll thrive in a smaller business where you can make an immediate impact and take real ownership of your work.

Essential Skills

  • C# / .NET (Web Forms, .NET Core / 6+)
  • SQL Server
  • Entity Framework Core
  • Blazor (or strong front-end experience)
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Azure (App Services, DevOps, CI/CD)
  • API design and integration

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data-heavy or marketing automation environments
  • Familiarity with integration projects
  • Previous experience in small, agile teams

The Setup

  • Location: Fully remote (UK only)
  • Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
  • Team: Small, senior-led, collaborative
  • Meetups: 2–3 company gatherings a year, including a fully catered family weekend in Wales
