What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with proven experience of working within the Zoho ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing, customising and maintaining Zoho applications to support business operations and drive efficiency. The role is about solving problems and delivering solutions - we value technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to get things done.

You will work across Zoho applications, automation and integrations, applying your skills in Deluge scripting, JavaScript and (ideally) Python to build scalable, reliable business solutions. This is a hands-on technical role for someone passionate about optimising workflows, creating integrations and ensuring Zoho tools deliver maximum impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects).
• Build and maintain workflows, automation, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
• Extend functionality using JavaScript and contribute to backend automation with Python (bonus).
• Integrate Zoho with third-party systems and applications via APIs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver bug fixes.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of Zoho solutions.
• Stay current with Zoho feature updates and apply them where relevant.

What we're looking for

• Ideally but not essential, proven hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Creator, or other Zoho One tools).
• Strong development experience in Deluge scripting.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and CSS; exposure to Python is a strong plus.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore new technologies and Zoho capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; desirable but not essential if experience is demonstrated.
