National Account Manager
Avena is a leader in secure data destruction and sustainable recycling, helping protect businesses, brands, and the environment. We’re looking for a driven National Accounts Manager to support our growth across the UK by strengthening key relationships and delivering innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Win new business, grow existing accounts, and drive customer retention.
• Build and execute strategic sales plans using market and customer insights.
• Act as the main contact for national accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate across the business to enhance services and market position.
• Use CRM and data analytics to optimise sales activity and forecast trends.
• Stay alert to market changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through tools like NPS and feedback systems.
• Report on performance, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven success in B2B sales or data security services, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Skilled in strategic planning, relationship building, and CRM-driven sales.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman methods is an advantage.
• Ethical, motivated, and aligned with sustainability and integrity values.
• Eligible to work in the UK, with a clean record and full driving licence.
