An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Administrator to join a growing insurance and analytics organisation. In this role, you will support the delivery of strategic projects, drive process improvement, and help implement system changes that directly impact business operations and customer experience.

About the Team
You'll join the Direct Operations & Change function, a dynamic team focused on delivering strategic initiatives, process simplification, and system enhancements. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments and external system providers, the team ensures the organisation's platforms and processes remain efficient, user-friendly, and fit for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to define and document system requirements, review specifications, and contribute to product design workshops.
- Develop and execute test plans (manual and automated), analyse results, and report bugs or errors to development teams.
- Provide first-line operational support, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring platform health.
- Conduct post-release testing to validate successful implementation of changes.
- Support system enhancements from initiation through testing and deployment.
- Contribute to project documentation, including product specifications, risk logs, change logs, and status reporting.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with business systems, testing, or change implementation.
- Strong understanding of system infrastructure components and application testing.
- Ability to document and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset, with proven problem-solving aptitude.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent analytical work experience.
