Service Desk Analyst
We're hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT team in a brand-new Leeds office.
You'll provide 1st line IT support to users across a global business, handling issues via phone, chat, tickets and walk-ups. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:

Provide 1st line support across hardware, software and networks

Log, manage and resolve tickets using a service management tool

Escalate complex issues to specialist teams

Deliver a positive end-user experience
What we're looking for:

Experience in IT Support / Service Desk (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment

ITIL or other IT certifications are a plus
