Service Desk Analyst

We're hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT team in a brand-new Leeds office.

You'll provide 1st line IT support to users across a global business, handling issues via phone, chat, tickets and walk-ups. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Provide 1st line support across hardware, software and networks

  • Log, manage and resolve tickets using a service management tool

  • Escalate complex issues to specialist teams

  • Deliver a positive end-user experience

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in IT Support / Service Desk (preferred)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment

  • ITIL or other IT certifications are a plus
