We're hiring a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices and workplace technologies.

Key Skills:

• Active SC Clearance (Essential)
• Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Desktop & Laptop Support
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
• Basic Networking (LAN/WAN/TCP-IP)
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Device build & rollout
• End-user technical support
• IT equipment maintenance
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
• Datacentre hands & eyes support
