Job Type : 6 Month Contract (Potential to Convert to Permanent)

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a leading Banking Group supporting Personal Loans account holders.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call centre experience looking to grow within financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the first point of contact for Personal Loans customers via inbound calls
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling account-related queries
  • Manage and update customer information accurately in line with company policies
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
  • Strive to achieve first-contact resolution for all customer enquiries
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following strict processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators including Average Handling Time (AHT)

Required Experience:

  • Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Excellent communication and listening skills

Desirable Experience:

  • Financial Services customer support experience
  • Personal Loans servicing experience
  • Customer Records Management experience
