Back to the new AI roles: we are seeking a commercially minded Business Development Executive / Account Manager / to help accelerate growth across the AI, data and technology offerings. This role sits at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, building early-stage client relationships and creating a high-quality pipeline across priority sectors.
Working closely with senior commercial, marketing and delivery leaders, you will represent the firm in the market, engage senior decision makers and translate emerging client needs into qualified opportunities.
Key details:
Salary: £55,000-85,000 + Bonuses + OTEs
Location: Newcastle + hybrid flexible working model

Key responsibilities:
- Drive proactive market engagement and lead generation across selected industry sectors
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with prospective clients
- Own early-stage commercial conversations and convert them into well-defined opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and thought leadership activation
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility and disciplined CRM management
- Share market insight to inform sector focus, messaging and proposition development
About you:
- Proven experience in business development, client partnering or account growth within technology or professional services
- Strong understanding of AI, data, digital or technology-led transformation
- Confidently engaging senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility
- Commercially astute, curious and outcomes-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
