We are partnering with a high-growth AI and technology company already delivering into some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including HSBC, UBS, and Broadridge, to appoint a senior commercial leader capable of scaling the UK business from elite boutique deployments into a globally recognised enterprise platform.

We have strong momentum across Asia, the USA and the UK, but we're looking for someone who can scale up the UK business to new heights. So much so, we'll give you autonomy to do it your style, your way of thinking.

Key Details:

  • Location: London HQ + flexible hybrid/remote working
  • Compensation: £70,000 - £150,000 base salary
  • Commission Structure: 100%–200% OTE potential
  • Reporting to the CEO (CTO in his own right too!), this will be the leading sales expert for the UK side of the business. Our other partners are based in Asia & the US . So, there will be freedom to try next tactics & work with the execs & tech teams
  • Focus on corporate Tier 1 financial services: mainly banks, but open to PE, insurance and FinTechs etc

Most AI companies are still selling concepts, but this business is already embedded inside Tier-1 financial institutions, solving real operational problems with AI-driven production infrastructure.

The platform transforms AI intelligence into governed, audit-ready, enterprise output across highly regulated banking environments, creating measurable operational efficiency, scalability, and cost transformation.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8+ years selling enterprise technology, managed services, BPO, AI platforms, or operational transformation solutions into Tier-1 financial institutions
  • Proven ability to close complex multi-million-pound enterprise deals (£5M+ ACV)
  • Strong understanding of banking middle-office and back-office operating models
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders including COOs, Managing Directors, Operations Leadership, and C-suite executives
  • Commercial sophistication across consumption-based pricing, enterprise AI solutions, cloud economics, and transformation-led sales
  • Ability to structure and negotiate enterprise commercial agreements rather than simply manage procurement-led RFPs
  • Strong understanding of AI, enterprise data platforms, operational technology, or regulated technology ecosystems
  • Experience building pipeline and scaling enterprise sales functions within high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and strategic credibility
