Aventur is looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to join us at an important moment in our journey. We're building our first direct-to-consumer platform to democratise access to financial guidance and wealth management.
Right now, millions of adults in the UK have poor financial planning, paralysed by the complexity and a lack of accessible guidance. Traditional advice is too expensive for most, robo-advisors lack the personal touch, and existing tools don't connect the dots between goals, risk, and actions. And, with more and more advice firms no longer serve lower-AUM clients, the result is that the advice gap isn't closing - it's widening.
This isn't just a UK problem. It's a global opportunity to democratise wealth management and make financial guidance a lifestyle utility, not a luxury.
This is a
key, early hire
. You'll work directly alongside our Product Lead to shape our product roadmap and define the future of how we deliver financial advice at scale. Your decisions will have immediate impact as we move towards our launch plans.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, accounting, financial advice/planning, or similar domains
- Deep understanding of consumer financial services and the regulatory landscape
- Hands-on approach to product discovery, user research, and backlog management
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of early-stage startups
The role:
- Full-time, usually remote with flexible access to our London Old Street offices
- London-based for occasional workshops, planning, client and partner meetings
- Opportunity to build product foundations that will scale as we grow
