ABOUT THE ROLE

- Be familiar with Time & Attendance and/or Accounting software (experience with Incident Management systems is a plus)

- Understand best practices in system administration and data security

Qualifications
- To succeed in this role, you should have a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence. You should be confident in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues, and be familiar with Time & Attendance and/or Accounting software (experience with Incident Management systems is a plus). Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of best practices in system administration and data security.
