Location: Leeds, UK (but covering US & EMEA market)

We're ~30 people (with several due to start in the New Year), founded just over 2 years ago, already on track to hit £4M ARR in 2025, with plans to double both revenue and headcount in 2026. We operate at the sharpest end of Cyber, SaaS, and AI, partnering with some of the world's fastest-scaling start-ups and the VC/PE funds backing them.

And we're just getting started.

What we're looking for:

Experienced Recruitment Consultant(s) who want more than just a "desk". Someone who wants a platform to build deep, strategic relationships with C-Suites, Founders, VC partners and PE firms across the hottest tech markets globally.

• Multiple £1M+ billers/managers

What You'll Do

• Own a niche within Cyber, SaaS, or AI recruitment (training provided)
• Build and scale relationships with Founders, C-suite leaders and high-growth investors
• Run a 360 desk with autonomy, pace and precision
• Become a true market expert in a space that isn't slowing down anytime soon
• Play a visible role in helping shape a business that is scaling aggressively

• 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience (any sector)
• Ambition bordering on obsession: you want to be the best
• A performance mindset: hungry, resilient, results-driven
• Someone comfortable stepping into the unknown — and getting after it
