We’ve built the end-to-end platform for direct media partnerships. Think branded content, digital sponsorships, podcasts, creators, print buys, direct display buys - anything non-programmatic.

Our platform helps agencies plan, brief, buy, deliver and report on campaigns with publishers, creators and media owners in one end-to-end system.

In April, we’re launching our collaborative agency platform in the UK with 500+ publishers, creators and media owners ready to activate campaigns.

Now we’re scaling our agency sales team to take this proposition to market.

This is a rare opportunity to join at launch and help shape the future of direct media partnerships in the UK.

The Role

As an Agency Account Executive, you’ll support our sales team in meeting attending meetings, co ordinating next steps and developing client relationships, as well as working closely with our marketing activation team to help implement an extensive activation campaign.

This is a hands-on role focused on winning early traction and building long-term agency partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone with existing agency experience, media and partnerships knowledge who is looking to develop their skills in a sales environment. You’ll deeply value relationship-led partnerships and help open doors, run briefs through the platform, and turn agencies into repeat users - ensuring the client experience is exceptional across every touchpoint.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the work, loves the product they sell, and takes pride in building repeatable success in a new market.

You’ll work alongside our new sales hires and report directly to our Co-Founder & Head of New Markets, with clear progression as we scale the team.

This is a foundational hire - perfect for someone who’s excited about the opportunity to build something from an early stage.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the team in growing and developing an agency patch
  • Assist in building and progressing a high-value pipeline across agency stakeholders, client leads and planning teams
  • Help turn agencies into repeat users of the Avid platform
  • Contribute to different stages of the agency sales & partnership cycle
  • Help run briefs through the platform from pitch → campaign → repeat usage
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and support accurate pipeline tracking
  • Help ensure an exceptional agency experience that drives repeat adoption
  • Assist in educating agencies on how direct partnerships fit into modern media plans
  • Contribute to building long-term agency relationships
  • Represent Avid at industry events, meetings and client presentations alongside senior team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Leadership
  • Support Market activation to implement market strategies and ideas
  • Contribute positively to the UK team culture as we scale
What We’re Looking For

An ambitious early-career media or platform professional looking to develop their sales and partnerships skills within a fast-scaling environment.

Experience

  • 2–3 years in media, partnerships or agency roles
  • Exposure to agency environments or experience working closely with agencies
  • Some experience contributing to revenue targets or commercial KPIs
  • Understanding of agency structures and client workflows (or strong desire to learn)

Skills

  • Highly personable and enjoy engaging with the market at external meetings and events
  • Hard working and keen to develop skills quickly
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in meetings
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable supporting pipeline and proposal management
  • Interested in selling a platform or tech-enabled solution
  • Curious about publisher-driven solutions and media innovation
