Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support our growing AI and automation projects. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration within a real-world consulting environment. You will work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with requirements gathering through stakeholder discussions and documentation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate delivered solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise information and document requirements accurately.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in business analysis, consulting, AI, or automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms.
- Academic background in Business, IT, Data, or related fields.
