Your mission

As our new Data & Systems Assistant, your mission is to support the smooth setup, maintenance, and optimisation of property data and booking systems across our portfolio. Working across both the Property Data Management (PDM) and Systems Setup teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring new and existing properties are accurately represented, available to book, and ready to deliver great holiday experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Load newly recruited and winback properties into our systems, ensuring they are live and bookable on our websites

  • Maintain and update existing property information, including descriptions, features, and property details

  • Create and amend property templates and profiles that support owner availability and guest bookings

  • Collaborate across the PDM and Systems Setup teams to deliver accurate and timely system updates

  • Support business promotions by optimising booking availability and property configurations

  • Assist with departmental projects, process improvements, and system changes

  • Participate in testing and trialling new platforms and processes to support successful implementation

  • Work towards departmental deadlines and targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Who we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being part of a busy team where no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with multiple systems

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience (beneficial but not essential)

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines

  • A collaborative approach combined with the confidence to work independently

  • Strong time management and reliability

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team when needed
