Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months, rolling)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pega Technical Consultant to join our team on a 12-month rolling FTC. This role requires a strong hands-on developer with deep expertise in Pega platform design and development, working closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega (7.x / 8+)
• Build and manage Pega workflows and case management solutions
• Work on Pega Blueprints and translate business requirements into technical designs
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery
• Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development
• Strong experience with Pega 7.x or Pega 8+ platforms
• Expertise in Pega Workflows and Blueprint design
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – mandatory
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain
