Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with strong London Markets/Lloyd's of London experience to support complex Property & Casualty insurance programmes. The role focuses on configuration, customization, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter within large-scale enterprise insurance platforms.

Your Role:
Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration components
Develop and enhance GOSU code, including custom GOSU plugins
Configure Product Model, PCFs, Underwriting Rules, Admin Data, and Activities
Rating configuration experience is an added advantage
Work with Guidewire Web Services using SOAP/REST and XML
Apply strong understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts and best practices
Support London Market-specific workflows such as delegated authority, bordereaux processing, and complex risk structures
Collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Your Skills
8-10 years of overall experience working with Guidewire applications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on PolicyCenter configuration development experience.
Excellent hands-on experience on Java GOSU
GOSU Plugins Product Model Underwriting Rules PCFs Admin Data and Activities
Experience working on Lloyd's of London insurance platforms and integrations
Hands-on exposure to Lloyd's of London processes including syndicates, coverholders, binders, and slips
Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration certification is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
