IT Sales and Trade Support

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales & Trading IT Support Analyst to provide 2nd/3rd line support to Front Office users, including Traders and Sales teams in a fast-paced banking environment. The role involves supporting trading applications, desktop infrastructure, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line desktop support to Traders and business users.
  • Support financial applications, including Bloomberg Terminal and Reuters.
  • Manage Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Azure Entra ID.
  • Support Citrix environments and remote access solutions.
  • Handle VIP/executive support with strict SLA adherence.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure, Data Centre, and Application teams.
  • Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Front Office / Trading floor IT support within Banking.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft environment, Citrix, Intune (MDM/MAM).
  • Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure trading environments.
