Senior Technical Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and procurement workflows to identify product opportunities and gaps
• Define product pricing and positioning strategies that maximize market competitiveness
• Translate product vision into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and prototypes
• Prioritize product roadmap activities based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient delivery and optimal resource allocation
• Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, go-to-market strategies, and product messaging
• Work alongside account managers to align product initiatives with client needs and internal objectives
• Coordinate product releases and feature rollouts across multiple stakeholders

Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence

• Serve as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding across internal and external audiences
• Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback on products and services
• Analyze customer usage data and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements

Product Lifecycle Management

• Support product QA processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Contribute to product documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials
• Assist customer support and sales teams with product-related inquiries and enablement

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Product Management and Product Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Experience in Product Strategy for guiding strategic product development
• Expertise in Program Management for managing timelines, resources, and cross-team dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Familiarity with AI, data-driven technologies, or the procurement domain is a plus
