Account Manager
A well-established technology business in East Yorkshire is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.This is a relationship led role focused on retention, renewals and product adoption, not new business. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise value from a suite of software solutions.Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Drive product adoption, engagement and account growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead contract renewals and re-contracting discussions
- Act as the main point of contact for customer issues
- Work closely with support, onboarding and product teams
- Analyse account data and maintain accurate CRM records
- Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS software
- Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
- Experience with renewals and contracts
- Confident communicator, highly organised
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Full UK driving licence
