Commercial Manager | High Growth tech platform | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Manchester | £60,000 + bonusJob Overview:Axon Moore is exclusively working on behalf of a growing Technology Platform that is looking to add a Commercial Manager to their team. Working alongside the Head of Commercial Finance, and supporting a team of Commercial Analysts, this role is an excellent step for an individual that is looking to progress their career quickly.Working within an SME environment, you would gain valuable exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders across SLT, Operations and Marketing. This will prove to be ideal if you are currently working in a large organisation, picking up management experience, but seeking more autonomy and exposure to broaden out your profileMain Duties:• Act as a key business partner to the Operations team. • Support the long-term growth strategy through detailed analysis, insight and recommendations.• Provide detailed commercial analysis and produce insightful insight to support the growth of the business.• Review daily and weekly operational performance to highlight risk and opportunities across the business.• Measure the performance of the individual business tools, assessing the requirement for change and identify improvement initiatives. • Manage a team of three Analysts, maximising their performance, and provide development opportunities. • Assessment a set of KPI’s to measure WIP health and use these initiatives to support business growth.• Take ownership of data integrity and improvement. • Lead commercial projects, including the development of cost saving models.Person Specification:• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail.• Previous experience working in a commercial/ operational analyst role.• Previous experience managing junior analysts.• Experience using Power Query/ BI would be advantageous.• Experience working in a fast paced, and ever-changing business is essential.• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.This is a great opportunity to work for a company experiencing strong growth.
