E-Commerce Manager Preston | £35,000 – £50,000 DOE | Full-Time | Consumer Products | Represented by Axon Moore Axon Moore is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand based in Preston in the search for an ambitious and commercially savvy E-Commerce Manager.This is a newly created role offering full ownership of the company’s digital channels, ideal for someone ready to step into a broad, autonomous position with real strategic influence. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the company’s e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Develop and implement strategies to grow online revenue across D2C and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Analyse site performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, operations, and finance
• Take charge of merchandising, SEO, CRO, and onsite promotional activity
• Work with agencies or freelancers on PPC, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs
• Produce regular performance reports and present insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role
• A data-driven mindset with an understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar CMS
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Passion for delivering an excellent online customer experience
• Strong communication and project management skills

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Experience running or managing paid digital campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of email automation platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
