Finance Business Partner – High-Growth SaaS East Cheshire | £60,000–£80,000 + Equity & Premium Benefits Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth SaaS business in East Cheshire to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a pivotal commercial role supporting revenue growth and strategic decision-making.The Role

• Own top-line planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
• Lead on SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, GDR, pipeline, sales productivity)
• Partner with Sales on quotas, headcount, and commission modelling
• Influence pricing, product monetisation, and growth strategy
• Deliver revenue insights to exec, board, and investors
• Improve lead-to-cash processes and data integrity

About You

• Commercial Finance, FP&A, or RevOps experience within SaaS
• Strong modelling and analytical capability (BI/SQL advantageous)
• Commercial, influential, and effective in fast-growth environments
