About You
  • A proven B2B sales leader with strong experience in MSP, IT services or technology sales
  • Comfortable both closing your own deals and developing others to do the same
  • Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams across sales and account management
  • Commercially sharp, target-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle – from new business to client retention and account growth
  • Personally lead and close high-impact opportunities while building the team around you
  • Design and implement scalable sales and account management processes
  • Recruit, develop and coach business development managers and account managers
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and delivery to drive collaboration and performance
