If you're commercially savvy, detail-driven, and eager to make an impact — this role is for you.What You’ll Do:

• Deliver monthly management accounts for a key division
• Lead and mentor a small finance team
• Analyse P&L, manage accruals/prepayments, and perform variance analysis
• Partner with department heads to control and challenge spend
• Drive improved forecasting, cost reporting, and insight
• Maintain balance sheet controls and submit VAT returns

What We’re Looking For:

• Part or fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• 2+ years' experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Analyst role
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management
• Adaptable, proactive, and detail-focused
• Experience with cost centre or multi-site reporting is a bonus
