Netsuite Administrator e-commerce
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NetSuite Administrator with a background in e-commerce to join a growing technology team. This role will be the go-to position for all things NetSuite, owning configuration, daily operations, and system development. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, integrations, and improvements, ensuring the platform supports business needs efficiently and securely.PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FULLY REMOTE ROLE. 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE REQUIRED.Key Responsibilities 
                            - Act as the primary administrator for NetSuite across the business.
 - Support integrations with platforms such as Shopify Plus, 3PLs, inventory systems, and payment processors.
 - Customize and maintain dashboards, workflows, saved searches, reports, and custom fields.
 - Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to identify process improvements and translate requirements into technical solutions.
 - Manage system upgrades, testing, and release management to minimize disruption.
 - Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with external consultants or vendors when needed.
 - Train internal users and create documentation for best practices.
 - Ensure system and data integrity while maintaining compliance with internal controls.
 - Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
 - Evaluate and implement new features and modules to enhance business functionality.
 
- 2–5 years’ experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ideally within retail or direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
 - Strong understanding of NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, CRM, and Order Management.
 - Skilled in saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
 - Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteTalk APIs (advantageous).
 - Proactive problem solver, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
 - NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
