• Leading multiple client implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live
• Coordinating internal teams across software, technical, and customer success functions
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and risks with a solutions-first mindset
• Building great relationships with clients — balancing delivery, communication, and expectations
• Ensuring a smooth transition into BAU support post-launch

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing SaaS, software, or technology implementation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Experience within hospitality, retail, or POS systems would be a real advantage
