Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – London (Hybrid)

I’m currently partnering with an innovative, high-growth AI and experience intelligence business looking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer to join their executive team.

This is a key C-suite hire, responsible for shaping and delivering the global revenue strategy across sales, customer success, and demand generation.

The Role:

  • Define and execute revenue and go-to-market strategy across multiple channels and markets
  • Lead and scale high-performing GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen)
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Embed data-driven decision making across forecasting, budgeting, and performance
  • Partner closely with founders and the executive team to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from pipeline through to renewal and expansion

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth at scale
  • Strong experience building and leading GTM functions
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, customer lifecycle, and commercial performance
  • Data-led mindset with expertise in forecasting and analytics
  • A hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
