Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Milton Keynes. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. The role involves analytical problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer support and service to our clients.

Skills & Attributes

  • A minimum of 2 years demonstratable experience in a similar role at an IT MSP supporting SME’s or multi site clients.
  • Clear and confident communicator

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptable& flexible
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Technical Experience

  • Must be experienced with Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Operating Systems Including Windows Server 2016 - 2022, Windows 10, 11. Mac OS.
  • VMWare
  • Networking & Wifi
  • Firewall - SonicWall, Cisco Meraki and Watchguard.

Ideal candidate will hold Microsoft AZ-104 or MD-102 certification, or equivalent.
