Your Role:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in driving operational excellence within our aseptic and compounding manufacturing units.

This position focuses on leveraging advanced data analytics to optimise processes, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

While experience with SAP modules is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome candidates with strong data analysis expertise who are eager to learn and apply SAP functionality as part of their role.

Key Details:

Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Hybrid: Office and home working A minimum of 3 days a week working in our Head Office. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. We offer free onsite parking.

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimise SAP modules (PP, MM, QM) for manufacturing and quality operations.
  • Extract, analyse, and visualise data to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as OEE, RFT, and inventory turnover.
  • Support CAPA investigations and regulatory audits through data insights.
  • Facilitate integration between SAP and other systems, contributing to digital transformation projects.
  • Provide training and first-line SAP support to manufacturing teams.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as an Analyst within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies across systems, with a willingness to learn and apply SAP processes where required.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings and training cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
