We operate as an independent affiliate of Banking Circle, and while we are separate companies, we work closely together to deliver a market-competitive, and continually evolving product offering that augments established EMI licensed cards capabilities from B4B Payments with world-class payments, accounts and FX capabilities from Banking Circle. We are a global and diverse team, with our headquarters in London (UK), and offices in Newcastle (UK), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Boston (US).
About the role
This role sits within the Core Product and Operations domains, covering card issuing, payments, FX, and the internal systems and processes that support them.
This is a hands-on product role focused on delivering improvements across our payments infrastructure and automating operational workflows as the platform scales. You will work closely with the Sr Product Manager, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders to identify manual processes, design system improvements, and ship product features that improve our card issuing, payments, and FX capabilities.
You’ll be embedded in day-to-day product development, writing requirements, refining backlogs, working with engineers, and helping ship platform capabilities used by both internal teams and external clients.
This role is suited to someone early in their product career who wants to learn quickly in a fintech environment, gain exposure to the cards and payments ecosystem, and build real product delivery experience.
In the role you will:
Deliver improvements across our core payments platform: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver enhancements across our card issuing, payments processing, and FX infrastructure.
Contribute to card issuing capabilities: Support the development of features related to card lifecycle management, transaction flows, authorisation controls, and card event handling.
Improve payments and FX workflows: Help deliver improvements to payment flows, settlement processes, and FX functionality across the platform.
Drive operational automation: Partner with operations teams to identify manual processes across onboarding, payment operations, reconciliation, and support workflows, and help design and deliver automated solutions.
Support API and integration development: Help define requirements and documentation for APIs and platform capabilities used by clients and partners integrating with our card issuing and payments infrastructure.
Execute product delivery: Manage backlogs, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineers during development, and track delivery progress.
Support discovery and problem solving: Investigate product and operational challenges, gather input from internal teams and clients, and work with sr product manager and engineers to shape solutions.
Improve data visibility and reporting: Contribute to improvements in internal dashboards, reporting, and product data to help teams monitor payments activity and make better decisions.
What you will need:
This is a hands-on product role with meaningful ownership and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to own initiatives, contribute to measurable product outcomes, and gain practical experience in the card issuing and payments ecosystem. The role also offers broad exposure to the business, working closely with product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams, providing a strong foundation for developing a career in fintech product management.

- 1–2 years in a Product role, product-adjacent role (e.g. business analyst, technical project manager, solutions engineer), or relevant internship experience. Ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a technology company.
- Interest in cards and payments - You are curious about how card issuing, payments, and financial infrastructure work and are interested in learning more about the ecosystem.
