Job Title: Air Data & Analytics Project Manager

Salary: £61110 + Depending on Skillset

What you’ll be doing:

· Lead and manage Air data and analytics projects day-to-day, ensuring prioritisation meets operational challenges and that delivery is achieved against agreed schedule, budget and quality

· Promote and embed agile ways of working across the team to drive delivery efficiency, prioritisation and responsiveness to change

· Manage all aspects of team performance including reviews, pay decisions, recruitment and disciplinary actions as required

· Train, coach and support the Data & Analytics Delivery Teams, fostering morale, collaboration and continuous improvement across complex project portfolios

· Act as the escalation point for the Data & Analytics Team, ensuring Business Needs and tasking are resolved to completion

· Represent project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, reviewing delivery against time, cost, quality, risks and issues

· Collaborate with SDUs, Functional Leads, Product Owners and SMEs to understand strategic requirements and manage successful scoping and delivery of initiatives

· Facilitate project documentation reviews, apply consistent governance, support audits and drive capacity planning and resourcing to maximise operational efficiency

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

· Strong technical and business delivery management background with the ability to plan and implement change in an agile, fast-moving environment

· Ability to translate complex business problems, solutions, and data-related information for different audiences

· Experience in people management, including setting objectives aligned with programme needs and personal development aspirations

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, documentation, and governance

· Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functional areas, including senior internal stakeholders, partners, and customers

Desirable

· Ability to lead and motivate teams to enable complex project delivery

· Confidence to challenge the status quo through bold behaviours and utilisation of past experience

· Professional Project Management Qualification (e.g. APM, PMQ)
