With increasing demand for skilled tradespeople and ongoing investment in apprenticeships and facilities, the organisation is growing its team - and is now looking for a passionate Electrical professional to join as an Electrical Trainer. In this role, you'll be based in modern, well-equipped workshops and classrooms, delivering both hands-on practical training and classroom-based theory sessions to apprentices working toward Level 3 qualifications in Electrical Installation. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 qualification. You don't need to have taught before - just the experience, people skills, and desire to help others succeed. Full teacher training and ongoing support will be provided. • Deliver classroom and practical training in Electrical Installation
• Teach and support apprentices working toward Level 3 qualifications
• Help develop lesson plans, workshop tasks, and training materials
• Monday to Friday - 37 hours/ week

  The Person:

  • Background in Electrical Installation
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent
  • Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and mentoring
  • No teaching experience required - full training provided
