Job title: Graduate Maritime Services Electrical Engineer
Location: Cowes (Isle of Wight)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
• Assisting in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical power and control equipment for MOD maritime vessels.
• Supporting integration and testing of systems on new and existing platforms.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with UK MOD standards and requirements.
• Conducting performance analysis and offer engineering solutions to optimise system efficiency.

The Radar team: BAE Systems provides Radar products and support services to a diverse range of customers worldwide, including the Royal Navy. Becoming a member of the Radar team will provide you with significant exposure to the BAE Systems organisation as you engage with engineering functions across the business, delivering radar capabilities and development, with the radar team covering the whole engineering cycle using the latest cutting-edge technology.
