Job title: Graduate Digital Intelligence Electronic Engineer
Location: Great Baddow (Essex)

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
We are seeking graduates to develop innovative, mission-critical technologies for high-performance networking, space systems, software radios, and underwater systems. As a Graduate Electronic Engineer, you'll join a project team and receive coaching to build your technical and professional skills. Your work may involve RF/ digital design, software or firmware development, or signal processing algorithm design across various platforms. You'll join our Future Talent community, with access to training, networking, and social events. A career mentor will support your growth, and you'll be encouraged to pursue professional registration and take part in outreach activities to inspire future engineers.
