Job Title: Graduate Land Product Development Engineer Location: Glascoed (Clwyd) We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4 days per week. Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus What you’ll be doing: Working closely within an integrated Product and Process Development team. Planning and subsequent delivery of Product development Engineering Tasks. Attainment of knowledge and experience in the design process and implementation of new technologies. Taking the opportunity to lead in Continuous Improvement projects. Planning, carrying out and reporting results from product development trials. Compiling technical data to support design approval. The Land Team: Equipping the British Armed Forces and international customers with a range of munitions products, from small arms ammunition through to heavy artillery, tank ammunition, warheads, and payloads with projects including the Challenger 3 Battle Tank.
