Job title: Graduate Maritime Services Systems Engineer
Location: Broad Oak (Hampshire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
• Learning and applying Systems Engineering principles to support the design of systems throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Discerning and decomposing requirements to system and sub-system level, learning requirements management techniques.
• Undertaking system design, using Model Based Systems Engineering techniques, to subsystem level using toolsets such as CATIA Magic or Enterprise Architect.
• Undertaking modelling and simulation of system elements using toolsets such as MATLAB/ Simulink/ Python.
• Assisting with definition and execution of system integration and testing.
• Supporting senior engineers in the definition of Verification and Validation acceptance strategies.
• Assisting with technical reviews of engineering technical documentation and design.

The Maritime Services team: become part of the only provider of complex powerful attack warships to the Royal Navy. Services range from warship availability, equipment and facilities, management training, product development and through life support for radar, frigates and the Queen Elizabeth Aircraft carrier.

Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Maths, Systems Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering & Computer Science.
