Job title: Graduate Submarines Systems Engineer

Location: Weymouth (Dorset)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you'll be doing:
• Using a Systems Thinking approach to support technical challenges, utilising tools such as Model based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Listening to customer needs, building a bespoke system for engineers to translate to the mechanical, hardware, and software teams.
• Supporting the development of strategies, ensuring that systems are designed and integrated to fully satisfy the requirements.
• Supporting the design and optimisation of system architectures and solutions using system modelling techniques, defining the verification and validation approach to achieve certification and acceptance of the system.
• Drafting technical reports or other documents relevant to a particular task to ensure that information can be successfully communicated with recipients.
