Job title: IT Project Manager

Salary: Up to £ 63,000 (depending on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and manage a project team, ensuring delivery of objectives on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Oversee project performance, resource planning, and day-to-day decision-making to resolve operational challenges.
  • Drive adherence to project management processes and continuous improvement practices across the team.
  • Conduct performance management activities including development, training, and recruitment.
  • Ensure project governance, reviews, and reporting activities are completed in line with quality and assurance standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all health, safety, and environmental standards are understood, implemented, and maintained by the team.
    Your skills and experiences:
    • Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and best practices.
    • Ability to resolve complex project challenges using sound judgement and within established frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of commercial awareness and the broader business environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Professional project management qualification (e.g., APM, PMI) or equivalent experience.

      Business Operations Team:

      As an IT Project Manager, you will be accountable for the budget, performance, and successful delivery of projects within a specific programme. You will provide guidance to Engineering and Manufacturing stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
