What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating daily with programme stakeholder groups to develop the class schedule to meet customer requirements within multiple areas
- Creating P6 schedules and supporting documentation
- Using complex data and schedules to create presentations for audiences at different levels
- Developing and implementing appropriately tailored planning practices
- Interfacing and reporting of the whole programme status internally
- Driving quality improvements into the construction and schedules
- Responsible for coaching members of the team, monitoring their quality of work and contributing to performance management
- Deputising for the planning manager
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Demonstrable Experience in the planning of major and complex projects
- An experienced user of Primavera P6
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience presenting data
Desirable:
- APM qualification or similar
- Construction background

The Site and Facilities PMO team:
An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities. Working within the Planning team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site. This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function and work across various functions.
