What you'll be doing:
- Joining as a Project Management Trainee and having the opportunity to undertake a 2-year fixed term contract designed to provide hands-on experience across a variety of functions across the business, helping you build a strong foundation in project management
- You will also complete a Higher National Qualification (HNC) in Business and will need to attend college once a week over the two-year fixed term contract on a day release basis
- You will be working with interesting, cutting-edge products as well as gaining real work experience in a demanding and rewarding industry
- At the end of the fixed term contract there may be an opportunity to gain a permanent contract in Project Management
Your skills and experiences:
- Minimum of five GCSE A-C (5 -7) grades (or recognised equivalent qualifications) which must include English and Maths.
- One A level A-C grade (or recognised equivalent qualification)
- A genuine interest in leadership and project management
- Driven and self-motivated with a desire to develop an exciting and rewarding career.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail

The Project Management Team:
We provide a full-time position with structured on-the-job training, along with a fully funded HNC in Business qualification. You'll benefit from mentorship and development opportunities within a collaborative, supportive environment.
