Salary: £45,628+ depending on skills & experience

What you'll be doing:
  • Maintain and update the full suite of planning and scheduling process documentation
  • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement change requests as part of ongoing process improvement projects
  • Prepare, analyse, and present data to a diverse range of internal stakeholders across multiple organisational levels
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement
    Your skills and experience:

    Essential:
    • Project Delivery and Planning experience
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills
    • Proficient with MS Office
      Desirable:
      • Understanding of Quality Assurance Process
      • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ)
      • Proficient with planning toolsets (e.g. JIRA or Primavera P6)

        The PM&C Planning and Scheduling team:

        This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and maintaining complex planning and scheduling operations within a Planning and Scheduling Discipline. You'll gain a broad understanding of the wider business by engaging with all levels of scheduling-from strategic to detailed plans-across the programme. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
