Job Title: Scrum Master

Salary: Circa £57,000 per annum
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a scrum team and support multiple scrum teams to deliver new and enhanced M365 capabilities
- Enabling the M365 programme and Product to transition to SAFe Agile ways of working, by empowering, guiding, coaching and mentoring to develop its Agile mindset, values and principles
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Helping the team define and adapt its processes to maximise performance
- Give rise to the gathering and processing of relevant metrics to expose bottlenecks and support continuous improvement
- Finding opportunities to celebrate wins - find small wins in projects and communicate them to the wider business - build confidence and be a champion for Agile ways of working
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- SAFe for Teams Certification
- Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery
- Experience delivering an M365 programme of work
Desirable:
- Experience of delivery in a highly regulated environment

The M365 Programme Team:
Implementing an Agile delivery, you will be playing an important role in shaping the environment that people work, improving efficiencies and collaboration across the business. You will be undertaking the delivery of M365 capability across the business which will be key to the way the business is working within the modern workplace.
