What you'll be doing:
  • Developing and maintaining system architectures using MBSE Tools (e.g., Cameo, Enterprise Architect)
  • Defining system structure, behaviour, interfaces, and requirements in accordance with MBSE processes
  • Ensuring integrity, traceability, and alignment to stakeholder needs and system requirements
  • Applying MBSE methodologies to support systems lifecycle activities
  • Communicating complex system architecture and design elements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborating with systems, software, hardware, safety, and test engineers to ensure coherent system development
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
    Your skills and experiences:
    • Expertise in SysML, architecture frameworks and MBSE Tooling
    • Deep understanding of Systems Thinking and systems lifecycle modelling
    • Proven analytical skills with the ability to abstract and simplify complex systems
    • Ability to lead technical workshops and facilitate trade-off decisions

      The Platform Complex Systems team:

      Joining an engaging and friendly team, you will be working on Platform Complex Systems, with the opportunity to work on key technologies used on our platforms. We are at the beginning of the project, providing you with the opportunity to have a large scope which will ultimately influence the project, with exposure to a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

      We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
