Salary: Up to £47,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:
- Managing packages of work as authorised by the customer
- Delivery of work package to time, cost, quality, including monthly schedule and cost forecasting
- Maintain accurate management of resource forecasting based on planned work
- Support to Work Package Managers during monthly reporting cycle to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Supporting bid process for potential opportunities
- Assistant to Control Account Manager in support of the overall delivery of the control account
- Management of assigned customer change
- Support the Identification, assessment and management of project risks
Your skills and experiences:
- Expected to have a PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification or another appropriate PM professional body
- Broad knowledge of project management techniques including; resource planning and management, cost capture, analysis and forecasting, schedule planning and tracking, Earned Value Management (EVM), risk and opportunity management and change management
- Comprehensive understanding of one or more Project Management tools techniques and practices
- Able to pursue best practice and align local processes and procedures as applicable
- Strong stakeholder engagement

The Combat Systems team:
We design, develop, integrate and provide through-life support to naval combat systems that enable navies to protect nations.
