Salary: £78,400+ depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing all aspects of the IT Services delivered through EIT. This primarily focus is the cost, quality, performance and resilience of IT Services to ensure they meet the required standard and contracted service level agreements to enable the AIR Business to delivery on it's Business and Customer commitments
  • Managing the DTS Service Performance & Assurance Team. Activities include, but not limited to - Enterprise and AIR Product Team service assurance, Governance of privilege accounts, Enterprise IT cost and Performance tracking and reporting, Incident Management, Catalogue Management, AIR Software renewals, Support the portfolio of application support agreements, IT Resilience
  • Ensuring that the service integration with the EIT service providers provides full coverage of sector requirements and that all transfers or migration of service activities for Air Sector is managed with risk mitigation of any business impact assessments
  • Supporting the definition of and leads strategic initiatives for the Group-wide design and implementation of Perseus and One IM&T transformation activity on behalf of Air DTD&I
  • Transferring of people and workloads related to Service Management ITIL processes and activities across sector into a centrally governed SIAM model and defining and implementing the residual sector specific operating model
    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential
    • Significant experience of working in an IT Function in a relevant field within a large organisation
    • Significant experience of managing within an IT Function and relevant field
    • Confident and competent in managing a large budget
    • Familiarity with IT trends and good practice

As a key driver of service integration with EIT providers, you'll ensure seamless technology alignment across the Air Sector - meeting every operational demand with precision. Lead the charge in managing service transfers and migrations with strategic foresight, minimizing risk and business disruption. Your work will safeguard mission-critical functions while propelling the digital transformation of one of the most advanced sectors in the industry.
