Salary: £54,793+ depending on experience

Grade: F

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, capturing and understanding requirements and maintaining engagement throughout product development
  • Work with engineering leads to propose, develop, and deliver innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs and quality standards
  • Oversee system integration activities, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, engineering methods, and business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing and guiding a diverse community of engineers and engaging with non-engineering functions

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Extensive experience in an engineering integration environment

    • Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/ HNC with experience of the Engineering Lifecycle

    • Good knowledge and experience using a wide range of engineering toolsets

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create clear, professional documents, reports, and presentations

    • Excellent communicator, able to engage confidently with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.

      Desirable:

      • Experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting methods and toolsets

        The Engineering Integration Team:

        Join our dynamic Engineering Integration team, working on cutting-edge air defence projects that shape the future of defence technology. As an Engineering Integration professional?"whether as a Systems Integration Engineer, Technical Manager, or Capability Development Engineer?"you’ll lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept through to delivery. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and highly skilled team, interfacing with customers and non-engineering functions alike, ensuring integrated systems meet the highest standards. This role offers exposure to multiple engineering disciplines, the chance to influence innovative solutions, and the opportunity to contribute to the full product lifecycle while creating technical documentation and providing expert support throughout development.
