The Role

We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated B2B sales professionals who can run the entire sales cycle :

from cold outreach → pitching → closing deals .

You’ll be contacting UK decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and close high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to UK SMEs and business owners.
• Pitch BAO Corps’ automation & integration solutions.
• Manage leads through to closed deals .
• Keep accurate records in the CRM.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong track record in B2B sales, telesales, or closing high-ticket deals.
• Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives on the phone.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and money-driven.
• Remote-ready: laptop, reliable internet, and self-discipline.

Compensation

• 30% commission-only — no cap .
• Average earnings per deal: £600 – £3,000.
• Close just 4 deals/month = £3k–£6k OTE .
